• We reserve the right to have our consulting veterinarian or an independent veterinary specialist review all diagnostic imaging and records.
• Upon definitive confirmation of a covered condition, the adopter may choose between: (a) a replacement puppy of equal value from our next available planned litter, or (b) reimbursement of verified veterinary treatment expenses up to the original puppy purchase price. The original puppy remains in your loving family home — we never demand the return of a beloved family dog as a condition of honoring our guarantee.
