Delivery Options
We offer several options to get your new puppy safely home:
1. Local Pickup (Free)
Families within driving distance are welcome to pick up their puppy from our home. This is our preferred option as it allows us to meet you, answer questions, and send you home with everything you need.
2. Ground Transport ($450-550)
For families within a reasonable driving distance (under 1,000 miles), we work with trusted professional pet transporters. Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled vehicle with regular breaks and updates throughout the journey. Delivery typically takes 1-3 days depending on distance.
3. Flight Nanny ($550-750)
Our preferred method for long-distance transport. A professional flight nanny accompanies your puppy in-cabin on a commercial flight. Your puppy is never placed in cargo and receives personal attention throughout the journey. We deliver directly to your arrival airport.
4. Airline Cargo (Not Recommended)
While some breeders ship puppies as cargo, we strongly discourage this option. The stress and risks are not worth the cost savings. If you cannot arrange pickup or flight nanny service, please discuss alternatives with us.
Shipping Process
- Once your puppy is ready (8-10 weeks) and final payment received, we schedule transport
- Your puppy receives a final vet check and health certificate
- We provide tracking information and regular updates during transport
- You meet your puppy at the airport or delivery location
What Your Puppy Travels With
- Travel crate (yours to keep)
- Blanket with familiar scent
- Health certificate and records
- Small bag of current food
- Comfort toy
Weather Considerations
For your puppy's safety, we may delay transport during extreme weather conditions. Flights may be rescheduled if temperatures at origin, destination, or connection airports exceed safe limits.
