By accessing our website or purchasing a puppy from BlueRidge Huskies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Puppy Reservation

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is credited toward the total purchase price.

Health Guarantee

Our 2-year health guarantee covers genetic and hereditary conditions. To maintain the validity, the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
